Cost to reserve the gazebo or pavilion if you do not live in the city limits is $30.00.  There is also a $50.00 deposti required.  The facility will be inspected after use and if left clean and intact, the deposit will be refunded. 

Payment must be received two weeks prior to reserve date.  The deposit check must be written separate from reservation payment.  

I will not use the gazebo or pavilion to promote or sell items including food.  By signing this form electronically, I am agreeing to forfeit my $50 if any damages are caused while I am using the gazebo or pavilion
