Concord Jubilee Vendor Application

Greetings Concord Country Jubilee Vendors:

Below is the vendor application for the 2025 Concord Country Jubilee. Please read the Terms and Conditions  in their entirety as several changes have been made and will be upheld.

For your application to be complete, a payment must be included with this application. You be directed to the payment link upon submitting your application.  The return vendor deadline for application submission is September 1, 2025. Regardless of vendor longevity at the Jubilee, vendor spaces will not be guaranteed to return vendors after this date. NO EXCEPTIONS! New vendor assignments will begin AFTER September 2nd.

It is very important you indicate how you wish to be notified on your application (email, text, U.S. mail). This is the method we will use to contact you with your booth assignment.  You will be contacted no later than October 1.

Please remember that vendors are not allowed to hold raffles during the Jubilee. Any vendor violating this rule will be asked to shut down the raffle and/or their booth.

Payment must accompany this completed application. After you submit your application, you will be redirected to concordgapay.com.

SEPTEMBER 1, 2025, is the deadline to guarantee a space for previous year vendors. Regardless of vendor longevity at the Jubilee, booth spaces will NOT be guaranteed after this date. This is only a deadline date for return vendors. There is no deadline in and of itself to participate in the Jubilee. There are NO REFUNDS ON ENTRY FEES after booth is assigned. You will be notified no later than OCTOBER 1st.
